Complete exterior renovation of two buildings, including; patch / replace concrete patio and walk, patch roof deck, considerable demo, re-frame exterior wall areas specified, add architectural elements, exterior electrical modifications, install new siding and soffit materials, exterior trim, paint balance of buildings.
