Remove and replace all windows and store front entry doors. New interior trim and blinds to all windows. Install 12 x 12 recycled tire tiles to all entrances. Add Tyvek house wrap and finish with conventional stucco system. Cover all existing fascia with pre-finished metal wrap. Remove and replace cedar shingles. Repaint all exterior block.
